Nick Stringer
Emmy-winning director Nick makes all Big Wave's high end productions. He's received many awards and nominations for his work and became a co-director of Big Wave in 2000.

Mike Cunliffe
With over 20 years broadcast experience Mike brings a broad range of knowlegde to Big Wave. Mike is Sarah's brother!

Emma Ross
Emma heads up our development team. She is also a talented director and has made many of our science and wildlife documentaries.

Mark Woodward
Joining Big Wave in 2001, Mark has steadily climbed up the ranks and Produced/Directed his first documentary, Andrea: Queen of Mantas in 2009.

Vanessa Tuson
An extremely talented Production Manager, Vanessa joined Big Wave in 2008, initially to work on the Hero Animal series.

As a chartered accountant Kim brings a wide range of experience having worked across a number of companies from SME to PLC’s.
