Big Wave’s latest films, Jaws Comes Home and The Woman Who Swims With Killer Whales have picked up further awards this week. Killer Whales has won the Best Conservation Film Award at the 2012 Bird and Nature FIlm Festival in Abbeville, France and Jaws is a finalist at Germany’s prestigious Greenscreen Festival in the Best Underwater Film category.

The US release of Turtle the Incredible Journey expands to over 140 cinemas and 40 major cities. Now widely acclaimed, it has received a huge amount of publicity and is set for a DVD release on November 15th.
Andrea: Queen of Mantas is to be aired once again on BBC2 at 8pm on Wednesday September 28th. The film follows the work of Dr Andrea Marshall and her discovery of a new species of giant manta ray.
